Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions and must be requested within 24
hours of course purchase. After this period, no refund request shall be entertained under any
circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The learner must not have consumed more than 10% of the course content.
Access to the purchased content must still be active (i.e., not fully downloaded, shared, or
copied).
The refund request must be sent to our support email within 24 hours of the transaction.
Certain services and offerings are strictly non-refundable, including:

Webinars, live training events, and masterclasses
Certificates issued after course completion
Any bonus content, templates, or tools shared post-purchase
In the rare cases where a refund is approved, the following charges will be deducted before
the refund is processed:
Payment Gateway Fee: 2% of the transaction value
Administrative/Processing Fee: 5% of the transaction value

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment
method within 7–10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or
payment gateway.
AlSkilll reserves the right to deny any refund request in cases of:
Excessive refund claims from the same account
Misuse of coupon codes or affiliate links
Attempt to exploit the platform or its instructors
Unauthorized sharing or downloading of course contentAny such behavior may also lead to suspension or permanent termination of the user
account.
By purchasing any course or service on AlSkilll, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this
